Moayad Alharbi Professor; John Hansen Composition ENGL111-01I-I1 7/30/2016 Introduction Racial discrimination is the segregation by the basis of the color of individuals. This is mostly seen to more rampant to the whites and the blacks. Racial discrimination is a menace that has affected the whole nation of the USA. The nation is not the only one affected by the menace, but this is a disease that has affected the whole generation in the world. All the countries are known to have their form of racial discrimination. Indians are people from Asia in the country India. They have been living in the USA for several years where they do their business and other activities that pay back returns to them. Discrimination against the Indians can be traced back in the world wars where the citizens were classified in the different classes that gave the whites the first class citizen. In Europe it I have seen to be against the whites and the blacks where the blacks are seen as the minor group of people. In Africa, racial discrimination is also against the whites and the blacks where the whites are seen as the minor group of people as the continent is dominated by the blacks. In some countries, the discrimination is not against the issues of color but by tribes ("Do Indian Students Studying in the USA Face Racial ..." N.p., n.d. Web. 23 July 2016. ). According to the countries and different places in America, racial discrimination menace can be solved in different ways. The thesis statement is à ¢Ã¢â ¬ÃÅ"'to determine the solutions to the menace of racial discrimination against Indians in the USA'' The issues are discussed below; The Solutions to the Racial Discrimination I. Strict Rules and Regulations against Racial Discrimination The country has some constitutional clauses that guide on the issue of racial discrimination. Though all these rules are there the menace has not ended yet it is still affecting the nation. The Indians like any other group of the citizen are protected by the constitution. This well shows the citizens to be equal before the constitution. Though this is well shown in the constitution, it is less seen in the facts. This fact is well seen when the Indians cannot visit several places that are only meant for the whites. Some other places are found to have various notices that show only a certain race are around on the premises. This is mostly seen in the places of celebrations and partying places. However this is the can only be solved from the perspective of the constitution and strict rules. The Congress should set some rules to guide on the issues of racial discrimination. This involves the setting of very strict rules that will be used against any citizen discriminating against another citizen. This can also include the death penalties for those who are involved in the racial discrimination. This will control the disease affecting the USA to a great part. This will make sure that anybody involved in the racial discrimination is faced with dire consequences. Racial discriminators are known to kill and therefore making hanging sentences for the racial discriminators would work well for them to fear to do it. II. Civil Education This is the use of the public education that includes cautioning against the menace. This is the informing on the ideas of what is happening in the country. This makes the citizen learn from it the education some ideas that were not known to them by any chance in the previous days. This will include the information on the repercussions after the Indian racial discrimination, the consequences of the Indian racial discrimination. This includes informing the general public on the issues affecting the nation on the discrimination on the Indians in the USA. This education should be introduced in the schools of all levels from the primary level to the tertiary level. It is also the best choice to have taught to the citizens in the villages and the community at large. This is the best way to have everybody aware of all the repercussions of the racial discrimination. This should be taught using the available evidence to show how the issues of the Indian racial discrimination has affected the nation and the world at large. This will be lead to the control and treatment to the Indians discrimination menace. This can well be done at a greater rate in the states that have Indians and other races where racial discrimination is too rampant in the country. III. Having Equality in all Places The equality is too much important in the solution on the racial discrimination. All human races should be treated equally as no human has power over each other. The races are made and created equally in the eyes of the creator and should, therefore, be treated the same. Is should be noted that the problem of Indian discrimination started when there was an introduction of the classes of citizen. This gave the whites the name and the attitude to be the first class citizens. This gave them an upper hand in all the places and issues and therefore the motive grew from there that is why even today some whites regard themselves as the first class citizen (Banton, M. (1996)). My Position Any disease will always eat until it is treated as good. Indian discrimination in India is a disease that eats to the fullest it has always been known to be a menace all the states where the Indians are known to stay. I would suggest that the menace is made to end now and for good. This can only be facilitated by the combined effort of the government and the general public. The government should set some strict rules to govern the racial discrimination and set the highest penalty for anyone found discriminating against the Indians. This may also include the capital punishment which will make the victims fear and stay away from the menace (Information Centre of the World Peace Council, 1972). The issue should be passed to the general public through the civil education to make them understand the problem at hand. This should include a show that all the races in the world are important to each other. This is the will include the basic lessons to make the children in the basic schools to understand the menace of the racial discrimination in the schools, and when they get out of school, they will put this into effect. The children should be trained to see each race as an equal race. They ma...
